Careers
If you love storytelling, theatre, and inspiring young minds, you belong at SCT! View all openings for established and emerging professionals.
*Data shows that women and BIPOC candidates more frequently do not apply to a job because they do not feel that they meet all of the qualifications listed. Our job descriptions are general overviews, not a mandatory, comprehensive list. If you meet some of the experience and desired qualifications, and you share SCT’s values and support our mission, we encourage you to apply. As part of our ongoing commitment to a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace, we are invested in building teams with a wide variety of backgrounds, identities, and experiences.*

Internships
Every summer SCT offers an internship with our Education & Engagement Department in the Adrienne Dillard-Coons Drama School. Program types vary on career path and coincide with our Summer @ SCT camps and classes.

Volunteer
Our volunteers are essential to making our shows possible. As a volunteer you will help to support our mission and enjoy benefits such as free admission to our productions. We look forward to having you join us as an SCT Supporter!

Auditions
SCT's General Auditions for the 2024-2025 Season will take place late April/early May 2024.

Script Inquiries
SCT's open script submission window is currently closed. Check back in the fall for details on how to share your fantastic play for young audiences!
