Ticket Policies

Thank you for joining us for our 2022-2023 season. As COVID continues to change the course of live events, we’ve developed the Safe SCT Guarantee to protect your ticket purchase.

Safe SCT Guarantee

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY FAMILY NEEDS TO CHANGE PERFORMANCES DUE TO COVID, ILLNESS, OR OTHER EMERGENCY?

Safety is our top priority. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your performance, contact the Ticket Office to select from one of the following options:

  • *Exchange your ticket into a future performance
  • Donate your ticket(s) to SCT for a tax-deductible donation
  • Apply the value of your ticket to your account to be used on a future ticket purchase or drama school camp or class (all credit expires on  December 31, 2022)

Ticket holders must alert the Ticket Office of changes to the reservation before  the start of the performance as exchanges are not valid on missed or no-show performances.  If you’ve made a purchasing error, please immediately contact our Ticket Office at tickets@sct.org or 206.441.3322.

What happens if SCT cancels a show?

In the event that SCT cancels a performance, you will be notified via email and given the opportunity to inform us of which option you prefer from the list below:

  • Exchange your ticket into a future performance
  • Donate your ticket(s) to SCT for a tax-deductible donation
  • Apply the value of your ticket to your account to be used on a future ticket purchase or drama school camp or class (all credit expires on December 31, 2022)
  • Full refund, less transaction fees
