Once we've received your request form, our Field Trip Coordinator will book your trip in the order the requests are received. Once booked, you'll receive a confirmation email within two weeks with all of your show information.  If you have any questions, or need to make a change to an order you've submitted, please email us at schoolshows@sct.org.

In the event that the show you've requested is sold out, or if the specific dates, days, or times aren't available, our Field Trip Coordinator will add you to the waitlist. When an opening becomes available, we will contact you in the order the requests are received.

Who Needs a Ticket

Every human over 12 months requires a ticket. This includes teachers, chaperones, students, aids, bus drivers, etc; any one who will be seeing the show. Please include the full total of every person involved in your initial order. We recommend that you estimate on the high end to ensure that we have a physical seat for each person in your party. The deadline for lowering ticket count request is 4 weeks prior to the reserved performance. At that time, the reservation ticket count is final. To learn more about our ticket policies click here.

ONE&FIVE

We’re taking a big leap toward ensuring that our region’s youth can experience live theatre. Starting in 2022 SCT will provide free tickets to every first and fifth grade classroom in the Seattle Public Schools. Under this new initiative, One&Five will underwrite every first and fifth grade SPS classroom. We know that a field trip to SCT is many young people’s first live arts experience, which has been proven to translate to greater learning in the classroom.
