Field Trip Policies
Full payment or a purchase order is due 30 days before your performance date. You are financially responsible for the payment of your reserved tickets. We do not automatically cancel unpaid reservations, however, if we are unable to contact you, we reserve the right to offer your seats to another classroom on our waitlist. If you are paying with purchase order or other arrangement, please see our payment information page. All Student Matinee sales are final. Paid tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged. Tickets cannot be resold or given to anyone outside of your organization and cannot be resold for profit.
We understand that needs change and that the tickets booked at the time of reservation may change over time. That said, we require final confirmation of your tickets four weeks prior to your scheduled reservation. If you do not request a change to your order, we assume that your reservation is complete and you will be invoiced for the tickets requested.
The deadline for canceling your performance is 30 days before your scheduled performance. At this time tickets, if available, can be added to your reservation. If you need to cancel your performance or add tickets to your reservation, please contact our School Shows Coordinator at email@example.com.
SCT does not provide refunds or exchanges for unused tickets, and does not provide refunds or vouchers for anyone absent on the day of performance. Refunds will be issued only if SCT cancels a performance. Groups will be notified via email no later than 7am on the morning of your field trip if the performance has been canceled.
Personal Care Attendant (PCA) Policy
Patrons who require a Personal Care Attendant (PCA) to accompany them to attend a performance can receive a ticket for complimentary admittance for the PCA. The PCA ticket can coordinated directly through an SCT representative, by phone or email. SCT will do our best to seat the PCA as close to the patron as possible during the performance depending on availability.
