Field Trip Payments & Invoicing
Invoicing
After you've received your confirmation email, we will send an invoice via snail mail to your school postal mailing address. Payment is due one month prior to the reserved show date. If you do not receive this invoice via postal mail within three weeks, please contact schoolshows@sct.org to ensure your reservation went through.
Completing Your Payment by Credit Card or Check
Payment can be made via credit card or check. If you'd like to pay over the phone, please call our School Shows Coordinator directly at 206.859.4000. Checks can be mailed to:

Completing Your Payment by Purchase Order
If you are paying with a district purchase order, we ask for a copy of the approved purchase order by the payment deadline for your reservation. We understand that payment will come after the show date. Payment or a copy of the approved district purchase order need to be submitted one month prior to the scheduled performance to ensure your reservation.
Returned checks will be charged a service fee of $30. Future orders from that organization must be paid by credit card or cash.
SCT does not require a paid deposit to make a school show reservation; however, groups that do not comply payment deadlines may be required to make payment immediately upon reservation or lose eligibility.
Refunds & Cancelations
Cancellation Policy
The deadline for canceling your performance is 30 days before your scheduled performance. At this time tickets, if available, can be added to your reservation. If you need to cancel your performance or add tickets to your reservation, please contact our Field Trip Coordinator at schoolshows@sct.org.
Refund Policy
SCT does not provide refunds or exchanges for unused tickets, and does not provide refunds or vouchers for anyone absent on the day of performance. Refunds will be issued only if SCT cancels a performance. Groups will be notified via email no later than 7am on the morning of your field trip if the performance has been canceled.
