Getting Here & Parking
Location
We are located on the Seattle Center grounds, on the corner of 2nd Ave N. and Thomas Street. Bus loading is available alongside our building on 2nd Ave N. and Thomas Street. An SCT staff member will be at the entrance to our building off 2nd Ave N and Thomas street 30 minutes before the show begins to welcome you. Please plan to arrive no later than 30 minutes prior to the show. This allows for enough time to seat your students, grab a snack and use the restroom before the performance begins.
Parking
Bus Parking
To unload your students, please have bus drivers pull up along 2nd Ave N. This will drop you off directly in front of SCT and you can walk up onto the patio to check in for your performance. Once students have been unloaded, buses can park along Republican Ave between KCTS and the Seattle Opera. More information on bus parking during shows will be provided prior to your scheduled performance.
Car Parking
There are a number of parking lots at Seattle Center. When you park in these facilities, your parking fees go to support Seattle Center's free programs, grounds, and gardens. Seattle Center Parking Facilities include:
- 5th Ave N Garage: Fifth Avenue N. & Republican Street
- Mercer Garage: Third Avenue N. & Roy Street
- Methodist Church Garage: on corner of Denny and Warren
Electric Vehicle Charging Stations: There are three (3) level 2 electric vehicle charging station locations in the 5th Avenue North Garage. Two are on level Pl, one of which is a van accessible ADA Space, and one on level P2. The fee for charging is $2 and payment is by credit card only. You may park in the space only while your vehicle is actively charging (Washington Administrative Code, WAC 172-100-150).
