New this season, patrons can select their own seats! Seat information can be found on the front of each ticket, or ask one of our knowledgeable Ushers for help finding your seat. Our lobby is open one hour before the performance and the theatre opens 30 minutes before the performance.
SINGLE TICKET REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Single tickets cannot be refunded after 24 hours from purchase. If you need to make an exchange prior to your performance, you will incur a $4 exchange fee. If you would like to switch into a more expensive price zone, you will be asked to pay the difference. All exchanges are subject to seat availability. Single tickets are non-refundable or exchangeable after the performance has passed.
If you are unable to attend your performance, and do not wish to exchange your tickets, you may donate the value of your unused tickets back to SCT as a 100% tax-deductible gift and the seats will be released for resale. Ticket donations must be arranged at least 24 hours before your scheduled performance. Please email the Ticket Office at email@example.com to arrange your donation.
