Community Engagement

“I have only positive things to say about [this program].  My students have loved it and look forward to it every week. Students who are normally reserved or hesitant to participate in group activities were animated and joyful.”- Kindergarten Educator

Seattle Children’s Theatre strives to activate the imaginations and creativity of all students in Seattle-area schools and community organizations through meaningful learning opportunities.  In the 2018–2019 school year, our community engagement programs served an estimated 4,783 students in grades Pre K12, totaling 1,130 hours of instructional programming and nearly $43,000 of subsidized programming.

Although the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted our community, SCT is committed to serving our students and youth-serving organizations during this time.  To learn more about how we can support your students through our community engagement programs, please contact
