24-25 5th Grade Field Trip Form: Aesop’s Fantastic Family Fables
As a participant in this grant-funded program, my classroom will receive the following classroom package:
- Free field trip tickets for all 5th grade students in my classroom, in addition to chaperones
- Free funding for a bus to and from SCT on the day of the field trip (up to $400 per bus, reimbursed by SCT after receipt of the invoice)
- A free Dramatic Connections workshop that will come to my classroom before or after the field trip performance
- A post experience student and educator survey to be returned to SCT within 2 weeks of viewing the performance that is essential to helping SCT continue this free offering
