Class Description:

Step into the spotlight and build your dance confidence! In this upbeat, movement-focused class, students will explore the fundamental styles of musical theatre dance. With guidance from a professional choreographer, young performers will learn proper technique, rhythm, coordination, and expressive performance skills. Whether you’re new to dance or ready to refine your skills, this class lays the groundwork for every triple threat in the making!

While this class is designed for students who have attended Musical Theatre: Foundations or Musical Theatre: Ensemble, it’s also open to those with prior musical theatre experience who are ready to step into the spotlight. Each time is different, so take this class as many times as you like until you’re ready for the next step in your musical theatre journey!

Class Description:

Step into a world of myth, magic, and imagination! In this creative ensemble-based class, students will draw inspiration from global folklore and timeless legends to devise an original play of their own making. Together, we’ll invent heroes, creatures, and epic adventures while exploring how stories are passed down and reimagined. Using their actor’s toolkit (body, voice, and imagination) young artists will collaborate to shape a story full of adventure, courage, and transformation. No script? No problem. We’ll build it together, one creative idea at a time!
