Imagination Library of Washington put books into the hands and hearts of children throughout the state, in partnership with Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library. The Imagination Library mails a free, high quality, age-appropriate book each month to children from birth up to age five, at no cost to the family. Inspired by her father’s inability to read and write, Dolly Parton started the Imagination Library in 1995 in her East Tennessee hometown and to-date, the Imagination Library serves over 2.5 million kids across the world. Families can enroll their children in the Imagination Library online by visiting www.imaginationlibrarywashington.org.
