Frequently Asked Questions
Certificates may be redeemed online. To redeem online, first add tickets, classes, or the donation to your cart. In the cart, there is a box for you to enter your gift certificate ID number.
Certificates can be purchased online by filling out the form above. If you have questions about redeeming your gift certificate, contact us at tickets@sct.org
At this time, SCT gift certificates can be used for all camps and classes hosted through the Adrienne Dillard-Coons Drama School, for tickets to our Mainstage Productions, or gifted back to SCT as a charitable donations. Gift certificates cannot be used at our concession stand or gift shop.
Gift certificates can be purchased for any amount up to $500. Tickets generally range from $20-$55, depending on seating zone and performance popularity. We recommend $40-$50 per person you are gifting for tickets. Our camps and classes range from $125 to $540, with $300 being the average price for a class.
If you purchase your gift certificate online, we will send an email with the gift certificate attached as a pdf. The certificate is full color and includes the information you fill out in the gift certificate purchase form (To, From, and Note). Optionally, you may choose to send the gift certificate to your own email and print it for personal delivery to your recipient.
Unfortunately, like many certificates, SCT gift certificates can only be validated (and redeemed) by their identification number. Treat your SCT gift certificates like cash!
