UPDATE ON NEXT SEASON
On Saturday, June 20, we shared with our community the difficult decision to forgo producing a 20-21 season. To read the complete letter from Managing Director Kevin Malegsini, click here. If you are a ticket holder, educator or drama school family that has rolled your 19-20 tickets into on-account funds or a gift certificate for future use, please continuing reading below to learn about how we have expanded the ways you can use your funds. If you had previously requested a refund by the June 4 deadline, all requests have been processed as of June 19.
What can I do with my tickets?
2019-2020 Ticket Holders who opted to put their tickets from cancelled performances on–account will have their credit rolled over to our 2021-2022 Season. You can also use this credit for current virtual class offerings through our drama school. If you would prefer to donate your credit back to SCT, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know of your wishes.
2019-2020 Educators who opted to put their tickets from cancelled performances on-account will have their credit rolled over to our 2021-2022 Season. We will be in touch regarding how to use your on-account funds in the future, when an upcoming season is set. If you have any questions or prefer to donate your credit back to SCT, please email email@example.com and let us know your wishes.
What can I do with my gift certificate?
Gift certificates never expire. You can keep your gift certificate to use for future productions, current/future classes, or you can donate it back to SCT to support us during this time. To donate your gift certificate, go to www.sct.org/donate, enter the amount you wish to donate, and enter your gift certificate number on the cart page to pay for your donation using your gift certificate.
How can I use my on–account money?
Tickets from our Mainstage Season that have been transferred to money on–account can be redeemed now for any of our Drama school offerings. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to redeem your on-account credit toward a class.
Money that was on-account for Mainstage Season and school field trips for our 20-21 Season has been extended to the 21-22 Season and can be used for ticket purchases through May 2022. We will reach out with details on how to use your on-account money for 21-22 Season tickets closer to that season announcement in Spring 2021.
How can I request a refund for my tickets?
At this time, all refunds requested prior to the June 4, 2020 deadline have been processed and we are unable to offer additional refunds. If you are unable to utilize your on–account funds or gift certificates, consider donating them back to SCT as a 100% tax-deductible donation. To donate your on–account funds, please email email@example.com and let us know the amount you wish to donate. To donate your gift certificate, go to www.sct.org/donate, enter the amount you wish to donate, and enter your gift certificate number on the cart page to pay for your donation using your gift certificate.
