New this season: patrons can select their own seats! Seat information can be found on the front of each ticket, or ask one of our knowledgeable Ushers for help finding your seat. Our lobby is open one hour before the performance and the theatre opens 30 minutes before the performance.


SCT offers a free ticket exchange program to its Subscribers. At time of exchange, Subscribers can select their own seats or be placed in best available. Due to demand we may not be able to place patrons in their original seats, however, we will do our best to accommodate all requests. All exchanges are subject to seat availability. Exchanged tickets must be received by the SCT Ticket Office at least 24 hours before the performance date printed on the ticket. Write “VOID” across the tickets you wish to exchange. A photo of the voided tickets can be emailed, mailed, or received in person by visiting the Ticket Office window during our scheduled hours. Tickets redeemed and/or exchanged more than five days from the performance date will be mailed, unless otherwise directed. Tickets exchanged within five days from the performance date will be held at will call. If you have purchased single tickets in addition to your package, and are exchanging into a more expensive price zone, you will be asked to pay the difference.


We provide three options to Subscribers who have missed their performance. These options include Oops! Tickets, Standby Tickets, or Ticket Donation.

Oops! Tickets—One time only, Subscribers can receive a fee-free replacement. Excludes closing weekends and Opening Night. Please call the Ticket Office up to one week after the missed performance to reschedule.

Standby Tickets—Standby tickets can be purchased up to 30 minutes before the performance time at the Ticket Office only and may not be reserved in advance. If tickets are available, replacement tickets may be purchased for $5 per ticket upon presentation of the original unused tickets. We recommend calling the ticket office in advance to determine availability.

Ticket Donation—The value of unused tickets may be donated back to SCT as a 100% tax-deductible gift. Please call the Ticket Office to arrange your donation.
