How to Redeem Your Subscription

Follow the instructions below to redeem your subscription and select your seats.

Please note, our website and this redemption process are new this year. As we optimize this new site, about 10% of subscribers are experiencing issues during this process. We sincerely value your time and feedback. If you experience any issues, please email or call the ticket office at 206.441.3322 and a representative will be happy to help you. Thank you for your patience as we bring our technology into the 21st century.

1:  Login to your account! Click “log in” on the top right of your screen. Your subscription is tied to your account, so do not create a new account.  Use the “forgot my password” functionality if necessary. NOTE: If you do not have a login tied to your account please contact and one of our representatives can help setup a login tied to your account.
2:  From the my account page, click on “subscriptions”
3:  Click “redeem tickets” next to the package you wish to redeem
4:  Click “select seats” below the production you wish to book into
5:  Choose your seats OR select the best available
6: If you choose to select your own seats, hit “exchange” once you have made your selection and are ready to add the tickets to your cart. If you chose best available, the number of tickets you select from the drop down menu will be added to your cart.

After you have added tickets to your cart you may either select seats for another performance or proceed to “checkout”. Follow the buttons on screen to complete the check out process. No money will be due. Subscribers are given the option to have redeemed tickets held at will call or mailed, unless the performance is within 5 days in which case your tickets will be waiting for you at will call!
