YOUR SUPPORT NEEDED

We need you NOW more than ever!

With the introduction and onset of COVID-19 in our community, this time of uncertainty is unprecedented. To be in compliance with the mandates from Governor Inslee and with the closure of schools until April 24, SCT has cancelled all performances for the remainder of our season. We take the safety of our children, patrons, artists, and staff seriously and want to set an example for our young people on ways to be good citizens of our community. However, SCT, like other non-profits, has no contingency budget for social emergencies.

Due to this emergency closure we stand to lose over $1 million in revenue. In order to continue producing our plays and programs, and to be able to bring them to young people throughout our community, we need YOU and your financial investment at this time. We hope that you will consider making a gift to SCT’s Emergency Relief Campaign.

For 45 years, SCT has been a national leader in producing creative, compelling, and thoughtful work for young people. Your gift will help us provide children of all ages access to professional theatre, with a focus on new works, and theatre education. Gifts of every size will help make a difference. Pulling together, we can stabilize the foundation of SCT at this critical time and continue to produce work for young people – now and for generations to come.

Please accept our heartfelt thanks in advance for your generosity to SCT and the children we serve.
