Safety is our top priority. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your performance, contact the Ticket Office to select from one of the following options:

  • *Exchange your ticket into a future performance
  • Donate your ticket(s) to SCT for a tax-deductible donation
  • Apply the value of your ticket to your account to be used on a future ticket purchase or drama school camp or class (all credit expires at the end of the season in which your performance occurred)

Ticket holders must alert the Ticket Office of changes to the reservation before  the day of their performance. Exchanges are not valid on missed or no-show performances.  If you’ve made a purchasing error, please immediately contact our Ticket Office at tickets@sct.org or 206.441.3322.

Finding Your Tickets

SCT offers digital e-tickets. If you choose print-at-home delivery, all tickets will be sent as a PDF via the email assigned to your account. When arriving at SCT, either pull up your ticket on your mobile device or print the tickets on your home printer ahead of time and present it at entry. The House Management team will scan your tickets, providing entry for your group. Tickets may still be delivered via regular mail or held at will call. If you wish to change your delivery method after purchase, please contact the Ticket Office at 206.441.3322 or tickets@sct.org.

Donate Your Tickets

Donate your ticket back to SCT for a 100% tax-deductible gift. Ticket donations must be arranged at least 24 hours before your scheduled performance. Please email the Ticket Office at tickets@sct.org to arrange your donation.

Babes in Arms

Every human over 12 months requires a ticket.  As a children’s theatre, SCT permits babes in arms during productions as long as there is not excessive disruption to the audience or performance. SCT offers a quiet room, with visibility to the stage, where caregivers can go when children need time away from the production. Quiet rooms are located at the back of the auditorium.
