Specialty Workshops

Specialty Workshops Photo (recommended for grades 3 and up)
Using theatrical exercises, professional teaching artists work with students to develop basic acting skills and explore non-theatre curriculum.

These workshops can be as short as one hour and can support a wide variety of Essential Academic Learning Requirements. Choose from our standard curriculum or work with us to design a custom program for your classroom.

Literature based workshops include Animal Farm, Sideways Stories from Wayside School, Holes, Winnie-the-Pooh, and Lilly's Purple Plastic Purse, plus many more.

History based workshops range from the Revolutionary/Civil Wars, the Westward Movement, the Civil Rights struggle, and include both European and American history.

Theatrical Skills-based workshops include Shakespeare, Playwrighting, Physical Comedy, Stage Combat, Ensemble Building, and Improvisation.

Cost

$85- $100 per hour for up to 30 participants
Discounts available for multiple bookings at the same location
(Mileage will be added for locations outside King County, WA)
