Friendship comes in all shapes and sizes, if we just keep our hearts open to it.

An unlikely friendship begins when Sophie finds herself whisked away to a strange land by the lovable Big Friendly Giant, who only eats “snozzcumbers,” not little girls. Together they must stop the “gizzardgulpers” from eating all the “human beans.” Sophie and the BFG travel to London to ask the Queen for help. Together they are able to bring peace and pleasant dreams to the whole world, and Sophie finds a friend she can count on.

Filled with the word play that marks Roald Dahl as a literary genius, this enchanting story is back to delight the next generation of theatre-goers.

A Note from Artistic Director Linda Hartzell:
This is one of our most requested plays of all time. With its gorgeous language, fantastical characters, and ingenious puppetry, it’s no wonder Roald Dahl and his Big Friendly Giant are so beloved.
